So, you’re clearly thinking about becoming a LuLaRoe Retailer. Hey! Great idea! I love my job! You want to know all of the in’s and out’s to the change that happened, right? Don’t worry! I’m going to break it all down for you. Here are the changes that were made in the new LuLaRoe Onboarding packages.
So, What Exactly is Changing With the Onboarding Packages?
LuLaRoe had decided that they want to give their consultants freedom to choose what they want to sell, starting with the onboarding packages. So, you now get to choose exactly what will show up in your boxes. Woo-freaking-hoo!! I know there are two styles in particular that I wouldn’t have brought on. Beer and cheese don’t always lead to the most flattering silhouette for a sheath dress, like the Julia. Just saying… So, what styles do you have to pick from? In the dresses category: We have the Amelia, Carly, Julia, and Nicole. For skirts, you can choose between the Azure, Cassie, Jill, Madison, and Maxi. There are also tops! Included in the new onboarding packages are the Classic T, Gigi, Irma, Perfect T, Randy, and Sarah Cardigan. You can also add on adult leggings in One Size, Tall and Curvy, and TC2. Once you’ve selected 4 items, you can add on anything else. There also are add-on’s with kid’s styles and the kimono cover-up, the Lindsay.
How Does This Change The Game?
Realistically, this means you could join LuLaRoe for a cost of $3389 by choosing the cheapest items. Pretty cool, huh? You have more control over what you want. Now, going the cheapest route would not be the route I would recommend. I strongly recommend sitting down and discussing an inventory strategy with your sponsor. They will be able to give you more insight into what styles move best for them. Please take into account that this all does depend on the season.
Want to pick my brain about this change? Looking for a LuLaRoe sponsor who will be real and not sugar coat things for you? Feel free to send me a message HERE! And tell me, what 4 styles would you onboard with?
