Most direct sellers have a rewards program. Well, if you’re like me, it became a NIGHTMARE to try to keep organized. I’m usually pretty on top of things, but sometimes I’d forget to include a punch card, or customers wouldn’t understand what they were and would throw them out. People would message me asking how many punches they had all of the time. It’s not that easy to figure out without wading through tons of invoices. I seriously thought of just getting rid of the whole program. Well, that was until I found Loyal Shops. Loyal Shops has stream-lined my process. I can’t imagine running my business without using this program. So, let’s talk about why Loyal Shops is so great!
You don’t have to mail cards every time.
Yup, you read that correctly! I no longer send business cards with every purchase. Instead, I include a care card on the first purchase. After that, I’ll send one of the cards if I have a note to jot (the back is blank. HERE is a blog post on my care cards including a picture.). I use my discretion on when I send them. This helps me save money, helps prevent some headaches, and helps keep a few trees alive.
Your customers can check on how close they are to a reward.
Your customers get a link to their profile. They can go check on how many punches they have at any given time. You can also set the parameters for what people are eligible to claim and when punches are given. The dashboard is really easy for both you and the customer to use. I’m not super tech-savvy, and I was able to set it up quickly.
There is a Live Assistant!
Most direct sellers use Facebook as a platform to sell on. If you’ve ever used it, you know that as soon as you feel like you’ve figured it out, Facebook changes everything. With the most recent change, comments on live sales aren’t always seen. That doesn’t work when people are claiming items, right?! Well, the Live Assistant helps make sure you don’t miss any claims. You can set the parameters for the claim words, what is said in response to a claim, and what happens when someone passes. Yes, the Live Assistant is an extra charge, but knowing that you’re not going to miss claims and have proof who claimed first helps keep my business running smoothly.
Erika Jayne from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills said once that it takes a whole gay village to make her look that good. Well, it takes a whole village of apps and programs to make my business run smoothly. Without Loyal Shops, my business wouldn’t be able to function at as high of a level as I currently do. If you’re interested in Loyal Shops, HERE is a link! Yes, that is an affiliate link, but I promise you, the program is totally worth it! I mean, would I endorse something I didn’t love? Nope, so go check it out!
