While at LuLaRoe’s April Leadership conference, several new styles were shown to the leaders present as a sneak peek. While I was excited for the Dani (I can’t WAIT for a sleeveless dress! Want to read more about this style? Click HERE!) and the CiCi (you might have seen this called the Flounce dress on the LuLaRoe incentive cruise. Click HERE to read more about the CiCi.), the LuLaRoe DeAnne II dress really intrigued me. Why? Because it’s different from anything I’ve ever seen before. Let’s cover what you can expect to see in the LuLaRoe DeAnne II.
The Details
The LuLaRoe DeAnne II is different from anything I’ve seen come out of the design room so far. So, what is the Deanne II? The Deanne II is a full-length mesh overlay. It’s got a higher neckline, is tucked in at the waist with some elastic, and has scalloping on the bottom and sleeves. This dress is going to be quite long, so if you want to take it up, Patrick encourages you to take it up from the waist so the scalloping remains intact. Patrick also stated that each of these overlays features over one million stitches of embroidery. Just think about that. That’s a crazy number of stitching.
Overall Thoughts
The LuLaRoe DeAnne II is truly high fashion. I did some scrolling on Pinterest (I had to set a timer on my phone so I wouldn’t get totally lost down that rabbit hole. Have you ever been there?), and realized that this dress is on point. I wasn’t sure about it at first, but now I can’t wait to get my hands on one. This sheer, maxi dress overlay is really pushing the envelop for many leggings-lovers. However, if you’re all about high-fashion, this dress is right up your alley. I love that it offers versatility. You can wear this overlay over jeans and a shirt for a more high fashion look or a dress, such as the Julia, Debbie, Amelia, or Maria, to take your dress to the next level.
