4 Reasons You Should Head To Your Direct Sales Convention

It’s summer. Everyone is going on vacation, life is crazy, and now you’re upline is asking you to head to your direct sales convention? REALLY?! You don’t need one more thing on your plate. Friend, listen to me. You really should head to your convention at least once. Why? Just hear me out. I promise that this is worth it! So, let’s talk about all of the reasons now!

1. New Product Releases

It’s no secret. Your company will probably launch a new product during your direct sales convention. Why? FOMO! (Fear of missing out in case you didn’t know) They want people to be scared of missing out on new items. I know my company offers an incentive and allows people at our convention to order first.

2. There’s usually some pretty sweet swag.

You know how we were just talking about those new product launches? Well, sometimes you will get a sample of it before everyone else! Pretty sweet, huh? I know I love to try a product before recommending it to my customers so that I can give them an honest review on it.

3. Hanging out with like-minded people.

The other women who have decided to come to your convention are there for a reason. They want to grow their business! Now, don’t you think these people would be good for your mindset to hang around? You can probably pick up some good tips from other people in the business! Networking is a huge part of these conventions, and how cool would it be to meet the owner of the company, your way up-line, or someone who is killing it and making some serious money?

4. Light that inner-fire.

I know I always come back from our direct sales convention with a new fire, or passion, towards my business. I want to do ALL of the things so that I can continue to grow, and maybe, someday stand up on that stage. Generally speaking, recruiting numbers rise significantly right after a convention because people are fired up about their business. Wouldn’t you love to grow your team?

I know that it costs money to get to your direct sales convention, but I feel that it’s necessary to go at least once.
